Most premium projects don't go wrong in the design. They go wrong in the gap between the drawing and the build. Budget creep. Contractors making calls they shouldn't. Months lost.

Milde closes that gap. We design your space, then procure the materials and appoint and supervise the contractors who build it. One studio. Not three vendors pointing at each other.

We design for how the space will actually be used. Not for the photoshoot.

Spatial planning, architecture, interior concept, materials, lighting and the full set of drawings. Resolved from the first sketch so the thing that is built is exactly what was drawn.

Build

We procure materials and appoint the contractors ourselves. The thing that is built is the thing that was drawn, at a cost agreed up front.

03Pengawasan

Supervise

We run the site: programme, quality, payments and the trades. You speak to one studio, not three vendors. We are accountable to handover.

Common questions.

Apartments typically run 4 to 9 months, while full homes run 15 to 24 months from signed design development to handover, depending on the scale and size of the build. We give you a dated programme before the build starts and report against it.

As little or as much as you like. Most clients make decisions at three or four key checkpoints; we handle everything in between and bring you considered options rather than open questions.

Because we run the site, we control it: protection, dust management, working hours and a single point of contact. For occupied renovations we phase the work so you can keep living there where possible.

Design, drawings, materials procurement, contractor appointment and full site supervision through to handover. The costed bill of quantities is agreed before we build, so there are no surprise line items.

Changes are normal. Each one is quoted for cost and time impact and approved by you before it happens. Nothing moves on site without your written go-ahead.
